here is my story
Five years ago, I had three hernias and weighed 265 lbs! I was lethargic, moody, and my intimacy slacked. Something had to be done. I went on a health journey losing 60 pounds. However, I was running 50 miles a week, working out 3-4 times in the gym, and my work-life-gym balance suffered. Yo-yo dieting and the gym kept my weight high. Honestly, I didn't want to 'buy in' to a system because "I knew everything about health." I can quote macros, micros, TEE, calorie burn, HITT, powerlifting, what to eat, etc.; I was an "expert" at all things health. Or, so I thought. An executive lifestyle at Grand Canyon University and you guessed it; I found myself back at 255lbs! My Coach and I spoke, and I decided to go all in! Just a few short weeks, I am under 240 lbs (still losing) and can see radical changes. I can help you with your journey. Seriously, what do you have to lose?
